Hiking is one of my favorite things ever to do so we made sure to get lots of that in on our vacation. We did a long hike too with Amy and Jake Jake (the doggie) while she was there. We took lots of breaks and enjoyed some dips in the river. Cal was a trooper and learned to love his backpack. The Vallecito trail never ceases to amaze me with how beautiful and perfect it is. One of my favorite places to be in the entire world.
