Something we've been wanting to do ever since we moved here was walk all the way across the Golden Gate Bridge and back. This past weekend we finally did it! Luckily the Carpenters are always up for a fun SF adventure too, so they came with us. We had a great time and the day couldn't have been more perfect with the warm weather and blue skies. The views of the city were also amazing. We found out after our walk that the bridge is more than 1.5 miles across! So we were pretty proud of ourselves for doing the 3 1/2 miles trek after parking. I just love that there are so many fun things like this to do and see in San Francisco. There is always something new and exciting to experience. After we walked the bridge, the 6 of us grabbed some lunch, hit up the REI sale, and then headed out to the outlets in Vacaville to meet up with our friends Ben and Jen in our ward. We had a blast shopping and finding all the good deals! We were pretty tired after the long day but it was well worth it. What a fun weekend!
