Christmas Day. We woke up early, spent the morning leisurely opening presents, ate a breakfast fit for a king, then played with all our fun new toys (especially Don's gift--Rock Band), cooked, ate a wonderful dinner with family, more Rock Band, and then we watched Mix Nuts....a crazy movie that is mostly just a hilarious memory for Amy and I. It was a perfect day and we had such a great time celebrating.
Coming down the stairs in the morning to see what Santa brought
Had to get a shot of the Santa Bum
Our little fam on Christmas morning
Such a fun little racetrack from Grandma A
ELMO!! Cal LOVES Elmo. The funny thing is that he doesn't even watch Sesame Street really. He must just appear fun and loveable to him. He lights up though every time he sees an Elmo.
Rock Band Rockers
Cal was obsessed with watching everyone play. He loved trying to sing in the microphone, play on the drums, and pound on the guitar. He thinks he's a serious rocker.
Grandma loved the book we made for her.
This is what Santa brought Cal.....a little slide. He loved going up and down over and over.

Christmas Giggles
My mom always has the most wonderful homeade treats at Christmas. Here is an example of one such platter of deliciousness......
My mom has the cutest little Christmas tree that plays "Rockin' around the Christmas Tree" when you push a button and the top swings open. He thought it was great! He would push the button and dance and dance and giggle over and over again. So so cute.

You are gorgeous Ash...and I LOVE your long hair. These pictures are great. Where did you get that book made? It looks amazing and I have been wanting to make a good one for a long time. Is it pictures, or your blog?
