Sausalito

So this Post is a little late in getting up, but a couple of weekends ago Dan and I visited Sausalito with our friends Matt and Liz Carpenter and their two little girls Madison and Olivia. These are some pictures from the excursion. Matt and Dan went to high school together and have been good friends ever since. Matt is in Dental school here is SF at U o P and we love living close by them again! Matt and Liz got married a few months before we did but we were all kind of dating together at the same time so we have some fun memories. It's great to have some friends here in the big city we feel at home with and their girls are just as fun and cute as can be!

Sausalito is a little town right across the Golden Gate Bridge from SF. It is so cute and fun. There are lots of little shops and restaurants and harbors with all kinds of neat sailboats. There are also normally great views of the City across the bay but the day we went it was a little hazy out so we didn't get a great picture. We had lots of fun just wandering around the town and seeing the beautiful houses and the green hills right next to the water. On our way home we stopped and took some pictures of the sunset on the water in the Presidio. It was beautiful! What a fun Saturday!

This is me by this guy on the street who was making this rock art. It was amazing--he was making rocks all balance on top of eachother on the tiniest points. Try englaring the picture to see how cool!
